Lab Connection Services
ClientCare establishes lab interfaces through formal agreements with laboratories, following standard healthcare industry practices. These agreements ensure a secure, seamless exchange of data at no direct cost to our users.
Our available interfaces include:
- Uni-Directional Interface: Lab results integrate into the client’s lab section.
- Demographic Bridge: Automatically transfers client and insurance data to your lab’s portal, eliminating manual entry.
- Bi-Directional Interface (coming soon): Place orders directly within ClientCare.
If your lab representative quotes you a fee for these interfaces, please contact us at support@clientcare.net so we can assist.
If you’re interested in streamlining your lab results with our new Demographic Bridge, please contact your lab representative via email and include support@clientcare.net in the email. This allows us to assist with the follow-up and expedite the process.
For labs outside Quest or Labcorp, we’re happy to discuss potential connections if your lab contacts us. However, not all labs offer interface options with ClientCare.
