We have partnered with In His Hands to make purchasing all your home birth supplies as easy as possible! We provide you with many of the supplies you need. However, you will need to purchase a water birth kit if you are using our professional birth pool. There are also optional items we have selected that are helpful to have on hand.

Not so fun fact: not all supplements are created equal. Many have fillers, cheap ingredients, and the vitamin/mineral quantities are insufficent. If you are going to choose to supplement, please ensure you are purchasing from quality brands.

*I highly recommend beef liver capsules to be taken on a daily basis (beyond pregnancy as well), unless of course your diet consists of eating liver.
